University of Reading Malaysia
University of Reading Malaysia is a wholly-owned branch campus of the UK's University of Reading, opened in September 2015 at EduCity Iskandar, a 305-acre education hub in Iskandar Puteri, Johor. It delivers the same programmes and quality assurance as the UK campus, with particular strength in Business, Real Estate, Quantity Surveying, Law and Psychology, taught in small classes with professionally accredited, employability-focused degrees.
The campus is well connected: about 20 minutes by car from Senai International Airport, and roughly 40 minutes from Singapore Changi Airport via the Malaysia–Singapore Second Link, with public buses and shuttles running to Johor Bahru. It sits alongside the EduCity Sports Complex and EduCity Village and Hub, close to the Medini district.
Sustainability is treated as a guiding strategic principle, covering campus operations, resource efficiency and curriculum integration, with practices including solar panels and rainwater harvesting.
