Course overview

This level 3 Foundation Programme in Computer Science, delivered in partnership with the International Foundation Group (IFG), is designed for students who are seeking to progress to Computer Science-related undergraduate degrees in English-speaking countries. Successful completion may provide progression opportunities to universities in the UK and Australia, subject to meeting entry requirements. The programme develops academic, communication and research skills through a combination of project work and core subjects. Students study physics, focusing on real-world applications and experimental analysis; further mathematics and mechanics, essential for analytical problem-solving; and computer science, covering AI, programming, databases, cybersecurity and web development through a practical, hands-on approach.
