Pathways to Medical School

Progression from the Veritas Pathway Medical Foundation Programme is slightly different to our other Foundation Programmes as we have separate agreements in place with medical schools in the UK and around the world.  Also, most of our medical and dental school partners will make offers based on grades during your Foundation Programme and also a virtual interview.
The Veritas Pathway Medical Foundation Programme offers progression to two medical schools in the UK: the 5-year medical degree programmes at The University of Lancashire Medical School and the 9-month Pre-Med programme at the University of Buckingham which, in turn, offers progression into Buckingham’s four-and-a-half-year medical degree programme.
Students can also progress to the 5-year medical programmes at Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI) and St. George’s University in Grenada.  Students at St. George’s University also have the option to study their first 2 years in the UK at Northumbria University.
Medical school fees can be expensive and so Veritas Pathway has partnered with several medical schools who offer more competitive fees.  These are the University of Nicosia Medical School, the medical and dental schools of the University of Cyprus, plus the Sarajevo School of Science & Technology in Bosnia.
